Our Practice
We are a Family Practice located in Emmett, Idaho. We offer a wide variety of services for our patients from Pediatric care to Geriatrics. We also offer Obstetric and Gynecology services. We have two providers Dr. Tina McGuffey and Darcy Evans, DNP. Black Canyon opened as a privately owned clinic September of 2017 and we look forward to many more years caring for our patients and their families.
Our Providers
Tina McGuffey, MD
Tina is an Idaho native raised in Idaho Falls and graduating from Bonneville High School. She then joined the United States Air force and was accepted to the University of Utah for Medical School, after finishing her residency she served for 3 years in Mountain Home. After leaving the Air Force she joined a practice in Cheyenne, Wy till 2005. In 2005 she moved her family to Emmett, Idaho to take over a family practice where she worked till 2017. In September 2017 Tina opened her private practice Black Canyon Medical Group, while still taking ER shifts at the local hospital. On her off time , she enjoys time with her family and watching her son excel in sports. She also enjoys riding her horses and taking care of her 3 dogs.
